I would agree that you will receive excellent costumer service, explanation and understanding of your car's trouble. I've had a couple of major jobs done here (engine/brakes/a/c). What I did not know is that Speedy doubles and triple charges for services. Not all of the mechanics have equal knowledge or best communication. Although less than the dealer (maybe) and definitely more than the average auto repair. My recommendation would be to price check if you elect to get your car serviced here, agree to a final price, and for certain they will find something else - always unrelated and thus this may be questionable.
