I received the best customer service of my life at this place. They were so kind, understanding, helpful, and genuinely concerned about my safety and financial situation. They were also very honest, upfront, and trustworthy. I am a broke college student and I need all of my brakes and rotors replaced. I started crying because I knew I could not afford it. They were able to offer me discounts after I disclosed my financial situation to them, and they truly were concerned about my safety and wellbeing if I were to drive off with my brakes the way they were. 12/10 would recommend. Amazing guys and I will forever be grateful for their acts of service and kindness when I was in need. You guys are the best out there!

What a GREAT Owner - a wonderful person - very competent...! He went out of his way to assist with helping to make my VERY OLD and high mileage Toyota Camry pass inspection after initial failure. He is not much for small talk but one can readily tell he is a warm person and truly wants to do what is best for his customers. I know he did for me. The workers there are also very friendly (especially Fernando/Francisco - I forget). This will certainly be my new, overall auto repair shop as well.

New to the SD area, my alternator went out very close to this shop. I used them since they were right there and didn’t want to pay for a tow. They had the part swapped out and running in 3 hours. He also discovered an A/C issue just by looking at the condenser. He also swapped out the serpentine belt and didn’t charge me labor. Very nice and professional shop. I had a great experience. I will be returning for all of my auto repairs!

Customer service and dedication to safety is A++++ I was in a tight spot and Danny helped me at the drop of a hat. Danny patiently helped us and guided us. I've never had such a positive experience like this. His knowledge of Lexus vehicles was impressive and he genuinely wanted to help us and educated us on a couple matters with our car. This family owned business is dedicated to their customers and passionate about the quality of their work. I will be back and I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you!!!!

Showed up without an appointment around lunch on a weekday for a smog test and was on my way within 30 minutes.

I took are company vehicle there. The the guys there are excited to get your vehicle fixed and to do it right the first time. If I had a personal vehicle I would take it there.

Don't believe the negative reviews. I've been using these guys for years, and they have taken care of my BMW's (four older cars) for years. If something doesn't need to be done they'll tell you. Trustworthy and Rad is a master mechanic. People are so negative and can post anything.
