San Diego auto repair

I feel like I got taken and lied to. For a battery replacement, oil change, and alternator replacement. Over $1200.00. I was told I would receive the box the alternator came in when I picked it up but nothing. I looked up the part and the most expensive brand new one I found online was $324 at Auto Zone, Speedy charged $540+ and then $280+ labor to install. Why such a big markup?

Kind of an expensive for me but very thorough it’s like going to a doctor and telling which wrong with you very good job I trust him with my vehicle They change the transmission fluid and also replace the transmission filter and also I had a vacuum leak that was repaired Yeah also re-placed for brand new shocks with the coil it cost me $2300
