Quick and easy smog check, was able to drop in and get my smog check quickly.

After I practically fell into a giant pothole, bottoming out 4 times in the same pothole, I noticed all my transmission fluid was running out of a giant gash in the transmission pan. I did a quick search and cslled 4 mechanics but they were either closed or busy, and I was referred to Speedy. I called and they were familiar with Lexus and said they could repair the ES350. They were friendly and competitively priced and had the repairs completed within the estimate and within 2 days. They were honest and competent and I will use them again in the future.

Don’t go here. Not worth it. You’ll pay double if not more than you should. I was quoted $1400 for repairs. I had to pay $150 for them to tell me that. Then I went down to adams ave and got the same work done for $800. They say they are a family business and just want to help but once you get there, they will do anything to get that 150 bucks from you and up charge you on everything else.

Fast service, but I came in because they advertised $39 smog certification on their website. When they tried to sneak in the $69 charge (without telling me the charge and simply prompting me to insert my card), I explained the $39 advertisement, which they refused to honor.

Danny was super fast and helpful, he even gave me advice on how to make sure the DMV processed the smog check quickly. They definitely live up the the name Speedy.

The family that run this shop is great. Always very polite and professional. They get my smog taken care of quickly and I go back to them every year because of this.
