I made an appointment 2 days ago for a complete diagnostic test on my car. The same day, a guy named Sam reached out about what issues did I have which I really appreciated. I really felt they cared. I came this afternoon and talked to the man at the front desk, I didn’t get his name. He was helping 2 people before me which is not a big deal. My problem is when I told him I was there for an appointment, he told me to wait while he helped the customer in front of me, my car wasn’t moved to the service area. 15 mins go by then another customer showed. He helped him IMMEDIATELY. He moved one car so the customer could move his car in the service area. I was done after that. I left.
