San Diego auto repair

Called before I went to get a smog check and they said come on in. When I arrived (please not I am an UNATTRACTIVE woman) upon greeting them and telling them I had just called, the guy says wait, I need to finish what I’m doing….when he’s done on the computer he has me move the car and then tries to charge me double the advertised price and then blames me for not bringing the form from the DMV. When I asked why he didn’t tell me when I called, he rolled his eyes. At that point I decided to leave and tell him to close the hood. He asked me “What’s wrong with you?” Very rude! And trying to tell me I am not acting nice so he can treat me however he likes. DO NOT GO THERE! There are literally thousands of other places in town‼️

This shop is the best, I highly recommend! My truck broke down in San Diego after my trip from Phoenix. Sam went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road. Sam was very informative, friendly, and kept communication with me. I had to make it back home to Phoenix with my family and Sam was able to fix my truck before the expected time. I made it back to Phoenix with no issues.

I've been going to speedy auto repair to have my car smogged for probably close to 15 years now. Always get great customer service. It's a family-owned business, the father and the son do a great job. Very satisfied
